Confrontation. Part 2.

I can’t get over this photo set. Eye contact is a complicated thing for me, like it is with many neurodivergent people. It makes my brain short out. But. I can’t seem to resist making direct eye contact with the camera lens. And yesterday I confronted it directly. And with it, my insecurities about taking and more importantly sharing “cute” pictures that are also interesting creatively. It’s about art, yes, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy to put yourself up for public scrutiny literally growling at the audience. Growth reveals itself in surprising ways.
